For this production of La Traviata, presented at the Dr. Phillips Center for Performing Arts inside the Walt Disney Theatre, I held the title of Wardrobe Supervisor. My duties included: assisting the design process, shopping for costume pieces, hosting fittings with performers, hand crafting costumes and performing alterations.

C. Lopez as Violetta - The cream lace shawl is handmade, slits in the pants were added for a quicker change, and the bathing suit bow was stitched in place.

Opera Orlando’s 2021-22 season celebrates an opera great. It is a very Verdi season as the composer’s beloved classic La Traviata is on the MainStage at Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts. Set in the glitz and grit of New York, this original, updated production takes inspiration from the life of Molly Bloom, who at 26 years old ran the world’s most exclusive poker ring.
